The Harvey Jay and Betty Adele Jacobs Schwartzberg Fellowship in Arts and Sciences support students who meet one of the following:
Award 1: First-year graduate student enrolled in the College of Humanities & Social Sciences with a minimum GPA of 3.5
Award 2: Student cadet in ROTC or AFROTC who exhibits exceptional leadership skills
