Full-time junior or senior enrolled in the College of Engineering with a minimum overall GPA of 2.75 and majoring in one of the following: Biological Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; preference to students from one of the following sugar cane-producing parishes: Acadia, Allen, Ascension, Assumption, Avoyelles, Calcasieu, Cameron, East Baton Rouge, Evangeline, Iberia, Iberville, Jefferson Davis, Lafayette, Lafourche, Pointe Coupee, Rapides, St. Charles, St. James, St. John, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, Terrebonne, Vermilion, or West Baton Rouge
