Full-time undergraduates enrolled or intending to enroll (declaring a major or taking prerequisite courses) in the College of Humanities & Social Sciences who are first-generation college students; preference to students of Hispanic origin who are demographically underrepresented in the College until such time parity is achieved upon which preference shall be given to students who are demographically underrepresented in the College
