Chevron Energy Leaders Scholarship in Engineering for Continuing Students

The Chevron Energy Leaders Scholarship in Engineering and the Chevron Energy Leaders Graduate Scholarship in Geology are awarded to full-time undergraduate students at LSU enrolled in the College of Engineering or Science, University Center for Advising and Counseling, or the University College Center for Freshman Year. Full-time incoming freshmen must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.5 and a minimum ACT score of 27. Full-time sophomores and juniors must have a minimum LSU GPA of 3.2. Full-time seniors must have a minimum LSU GPA of 3.2 and must be a previous year Chevron Energy Leaders Scholarship Awardee. Full-time graduate students must be enrolled in the College of Science, studying Geology, and have a minimum GPA of 3.5. Recipients must have a career interest in the energy industry and are majoring or intend to major in any of the following degree programs: ISDS or Finance (1 or 2), Computer Science, Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Geology (must be graduate students). Preferential consideration given to: prior Chevron Summer Scholar, underrepresented minorities, and financial need.
