Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Agriculture who are Louisiana residents and have been active in 4-H or FFA during high school, preferably with demonstrated leadership and community service; first preference to graduates of a high school or home school program in Ascension Parish; second preference to graduates of a high school or home school program in East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Point Coupee, St. Helena, West Baton Rouge, or West Feliciana Parish
