Full-time students enrolled in the School of Veterinary Medicine with a minimum GPA of 2.5 who are residents of one of the following parishes in Northeast Louisiana: Union, Lincoln, Jackson, Caldwell, Ouachita, Morehouse, Franklin, Richland, Madison, East Carroll and West Carroll
