Full-time incoming freshmen intending to enroll (declaring a major and taking prerequisite courses) in the College of Engineering majoring in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical engineering with a minimum high school GPA of 3.3 who have expressed an interest in a career in chemical manufacturing and are citizens or permanent residents of the United States; first priority to female or underrepresented students until such time as enrollment parity is achieved in the College of Engineering
