Fred and Mabel R. Parks Endowed Scholarship

Recipients of the Fred and Mabel R. Parks Endowed Scholarship must be full-time undergraduate students enrolled or intending to enroll in the College of Human Sciences & Education pursuing a degree, minor, or certification, or other professional preparation program in special education.
