1.) continuing student with a 2.5 GPA pursuing a dree of music education (instrumental) or entering freshman with a 2.75 GPA who intends to pursue a degree in music education (instrumental 2.) must be a member of the LSU Tiger Marching Band 3.) student must be a graduate of a high school located in Louisiana or a graduate of Dayton High School, Dayton, TX or a graduate of Orangefield High School, Orange TX 4.) exhibits a financial need
