Ourso College of Business; must be a resident of Louisiana and a graduate of a high school or home school program in Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Point Coupee, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, West Baton Rouge, or West Feliciana Parish; preference to students with demonstrated leadership and community service experience
