Students enrolled in the College of Agriculture and majoring in a program of study in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrated financial need and leadership qualities; must participate in one or more competitive sports and exhibit character, citizenship, and potential for making a positive contribution to the community
