David Harper Garland Memorial Scholarship Fund

The David Harper Garland Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a full-time student enrolled in the E. J. Ourso College of Business who has demonstrated academic ability and financial need. The recipient must be a resident of Louisiana. Preference is given to students who have participated in activities that develop responsibility, leadership, and citizenship.
