Dr. Shirley C. Tucker Superior Graduate Student Scholarship

The Dr. Shirley C. Tucker Superior Graduate Student Scholarship is awarded to a full-time graduate student at LSU enrolled in the College of Science, pursuing a PhD in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Systematics, Ecology, and Evolution (SEE). Preferential consideration is given first to students whose work is associated with the LSU Herbarium by adding specimens to the collection or making the information contained in the LSU Herbarium more accessible to the scientific community and the public, thereby facilitating knowledge of plant biodiversity.
