The William H. Patrick, Jr., PhD Scholarship for Wetlands Experience is awarded to a full-time graduate student at LSU enrolled in the College of the Coast and Environment, pursuing a Wetlands degree in the Department of Oceanography and Coastal Sciences, who has and maintains a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5.
